Corporate Law

Corporate law is the area of law deals with the formation and management of business organizations and corporations. Only when a company or any business organization is incorporated can it avail itself of certain benefits under corporate law. A corporation can own property, sue and be sued, and enter into contracts. Corporate law covers the formation of a corporation, the election of the board of directors, the functions of members and shareholders, mergers and acquisitions, and matters regarding the winding up of a company.
